Nextgen are seeking to recruit a full-time Year 3 Teacher for one of our partnership schools based in Leeds (LS11). The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

PGCE/QTS (qualified teacher status).
Both ECT Years completed (minimum 3 years of teaching experience in KS2).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills to manage classroom activities and administrative tasks efficiently.
Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching techniques.
Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning experiences.
Patience, empathy, and adaptability in addressing diverse student needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in the classroom setting.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
