The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead a new build reinforced concrete (RC) frame residential development in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring that it meets quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, design, and construction phases.

* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of the project.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of construction.

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

* Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.

* Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any project-related issues.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
