Position: Office Administrator

Role Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Office Administrator is responsible for ordering stock as required, handling incoming post and ensuring it reaches the relevant people, taking incoming calls and any other general office duties that may be required.

The person in this role must also ensure they are fully aware of the company’s quality related goals and objectives and works to achieve them were needed.

Essential Qualities of Post Holder:

* A positive can-do attitude,

* Ability to listen and provide straightforward answers,

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

* Acting with honesty and openness with fellow workers and management,

* Ability to act under pressure and to deadlines,

* Ability to confidently use Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel,

* Ability to get the job done, earning the trust and respect of the workers and fellow managers

* Treating all workers with fairness and equality,

* Dealing with queries from staff and clients,

* Problem-solving and suggesting solutions to problems,

* Stock Control and Inventory of assets.

Desirable Qualities of Post Holder:

* Knowledge of CNC Machining and its benefits and limitations,

* Ability to think strategically,

* Experience of working in an office environment,

* Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers.
