Dunbar Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) who has experience with ADHD and Autism to join a supportive school in Milton Keynes. Provide one-on-one and small group support to learners with ADHD and Autism , ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Assist with the development and implementation of personalised learning plans tailored to each learner's needs.
Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure learners receive holistic support.
Help learners build confidence, independence, and social skills within the classroom setting.
Track and document student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
