Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN)
Salary: £44,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

What we're looking for:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid and clear NMC registration.
Demonstrated ability to assess clinical and personal support needs effectively.
Experience in developing and reviewing personalised care plans, including risk assessments.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to compassionate care.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Leverage your nursing expertise to assess the clinical and personal support needs of patients, ensuring care aligns with best practices.
Care Planning: Develop, review, and update detailed and personalised support plans, including comprehensive risk assessments, tailored to each individual's needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Staff Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to refining care processes and procedures, driving improvements in patient outcomes and experiences.
