TRIbuild Solutions are looking for a proactive EA / Compliance Assistant to support compliance, HR, training, and operational tasks across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PQQs, audits (ISO, CHAS, SMAS, etc.), and subcontractor setups.
Oversee on boarding, right-to-work checks, DBS checks, and HR processes (sickness, disciplinary, etc.).
Book training courses, manage CITB grants, prepare training reports, and apply for CSCS cards.
Assist with RAMS, accidents, toolbox talks, and occupational health bookings.
Coordinate mobile phones, inventories, social value projects, and apprenticeships.
Conduct internal audits and supervise team responsibilities. Requirements:
Experience in compliance, HR, or administration.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Salary and start date TBC.
