Senior Surveyor

Nouvo Recruitment are working with one of the biggest leaders of their field. Looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their already well-established team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in Rural land management, is RICS registered and looking for the next step in their career.

Job Responsibilities:

* Deliver the primary day-to-day relationship role with clients.

* Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties

* Estate business administration, including budgeting and financial reporting.

* Leading and collaborating with the work of employees

* Working with colleagues to providing concise, practical, and reasoned advice to Clients.

Experience:

* A strong affinity with a values-based culture and desire to work collaboratively with their colleagues.

* Experience in the rural sector from within private practice or resident agent background

* Be commercially astute.

* Keen initiative to seek out practical solutions to challenges.

* Aspirations to develop leadership skills by taking responsibility within the team.

* Good presentation skills

* Excellent people skills
