As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of their projects, managing all costs related to civil engineering and infrastructure developments. Your expertise will help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
Conduct risk analysis and value engineering.
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Provide expert advice on cost-effective solutions and materials.What We're Looking For:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering or construction.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
