About the Role:
As a Production Technician, you will be integral to the efficient and smooth operation of production processes. This is a hands-on role where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of various manufacturing areas, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and machinery runs optimally. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

Operate within various manufacturing areas to develop expertise and ensure efficient production processes.
Maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
Monitor production workflows, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specified standards.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
Keep detailed and accurate records of production activities.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflows and drive continuous improvement.
Train and mentor new team members on equipment usage, workflows, and safety standards.
Prepare regular reports on production performance and improvements. Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in training and mentoring production teams.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
