- Identify defects or non-conformities in products or processes.

- Work with production teams to investigate root causes of quality issues.

- Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

5. **Quality Audits**:

- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.

- Assist in external audits by regulatory bodies or certification organizations.

6. **Continuous Improvement**:
