Are you a Medical Writer, with experience in developing scientific publications and medical education content, looking for a challenge that helps you grow?

Triducive is a healthcare consultancy leading the way in designing and developing consensus-led evidence and communication campaigns. The work we do helps pharma, MedTech, and non-profit organisations to see better decisions actioned. Decisions that ensure the right patients receive access to the right treatments at the right time. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Senior Content Lead. 

The Senior Content Lead works across a number of accounts and therapy areas and is instrumental in developing critical materials to drive the development of new evidence and communication pieces that shape the future of healthcare. Working within a small delivery unit and reporting to the Program Director, you will provide scientific input into project strategy, develop engaging and accurate copy including original research manuscripts ready for publication, plus a range of medical education and communication materials that will become an integral part of our clients’ campaigns. As a senior team member, you will also be responsible for supporting junior team members, through coaching and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop critical materials: Crafting key documents that drive the creation of consensus-led evidence, including literature reviews on key topics and the development of publishable manuscripts (particularly Delphi Consensus).
Create impactful communications: Producing a variety of communication materials to amplify Delphi research outputs across multiple formats.
Collaborate closely with client-facing colleagues: Ensuring that communications are developed with the client's needs and address their objectives/challenges.
Support clients proactively: Engaging as appropriate to support the scientific integrity of the content developed and building trust and confidence in Triducive.
Leadership of quality control activities: Ensuring focus on continual improvement of output quality and impact.
Support the team: Providing support and mentoring for junior team members and contributing towards wider business activities and innovation.
Skills and experience:

Must have

Minimum of 3 years of medical writing experience in a healthcare communications setting
Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related field
Strong interest in contributing to the advancement of the medical field
Ability to take detailed notes in complex meetings involving various stakeholders
Experience in conducting literature reviews and writing research articles and manuscripts
Demonstrates a collaborative approach to work
A willingness to identify and embrace new approaches and tools to support effective medical writing
Desire to achieve recognised training in medical/communications writing
The ability to quickly flex understanding across therapy/disease areas
Nice to have

Experience in work where design and creativity are necessary to achieve the desired communication goals
Existing recognised training in medical/communications writing
Demonstrable support provided to junior team members in a previous role
