Our client is a leading main contractor with an excellent reputation in the market

They have secured a £200m new build residential scheme comprising of mix use high end / affordable apartments, incorporating several buildings from 10 – 20 storeys. The scheme is based in one of London’s most desirable locations.

They are seeking a Senior Design Manager with a proven background in high end residential projects. Candidates should demonstrate a history of similar previous schemes either working for a main contractor or respected developer. The successful person will have strong design management skills and a solid understanding of building techniques, capable of motivating the team to meet deadlines whilst ensuring a superior quality product.

You will be working under a Senior Project Director well known to us through previous schemes with the client.
