Job Title: Mobile HGV Technician Location: Northampton

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mobile HGV Technician to join our team in Northampton. As a mobile technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) across the region. This role involves traveling to different locations to service and repair HGVs, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on HGVs.

* Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance.

* Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

* Keep accurate records of work carried out.

Requirements:

* HGV Technician experience: You should have a solid background in maintaining and repairing HGVs.

* Mobile role: You’ll be traveling to various sites, so a valid driver’s license is essential.

* Technical skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HGVs.

* Attention to detail: Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

* Qualifications: Relevant certifications in HGV maintenance are desirable.
