Overview of the Company:

Our client in Gloucester are now recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter and operator on a permanent position for their afternoon shift which runs from 3.30pm to 1.30am, Monday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, Set and operate CNC Turning machines to produce high-quality parts using HAAS controls

* Previous experience working with HAAS or Fanuc programming is essential

* Create and load program, set and operate machinery

* Understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in production.

* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.

* Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in CNC Turning and knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.

* Experience using HAAS or Fanuc controls and programming with G and M codes

* Ability to program, operate, set up, troubleshoot and maintain CNC Turning machines.

* Good understanding of machining principles and practices.

* Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Full Time

Monday to Thursday

40hr week

Afternoon shift

37000 to 39000 per year, negotiable depending on experience

Overtime at standard time
