Are you looking to be a Production Operative in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are currently hiring Tray Wash
Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Tray Wash Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth
operation of our client’s production line. This is an opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, committed to quality,
and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key areas of responsibilities as a Tray Wash Operative are working within a tray wash environment sorting, loading, and
stacking of plastic trays for re-use.

Infeed - taking waste out of trays before loading them into a machine.
Outfeed - stacking washed trays and placing them back on a pallet.
Quality Control - carrying out quality control checks on trays throughout the process making sure labels and waste are
cleared.
Skills:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting in some areas.Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required, as full training will be
provided.
