What's on Offer:

Competitive Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE)
Bonus Structure: Potential to earn up to £30,000 OTE with a generous bonus scheme

Your Role:

Sales Target Success: Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process with expert advice.
Effective Communication: Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and keep clients informed at every stage.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide a seamless, professional experience with a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an estate agent or property sales environment.
