Residential Day Concierge - East London - £30k - 4 days on, 4 days off

A fantastic property management company are looking for a Day Concierge to join their private residential development in East London.
The building is a prestigious development in an exclusive location, offering high-tech, state-of-the-art and fully serviced facilities and living.
You will be providing immaculate 5* star service, working within a wider Concierge team to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all residents and their visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting Residents and Visitors
* Efficiently managing the lobby and communal areas, including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout
* Answering all incoming emails to the site email address and efficiently following up
* Complete every resident's request promptly and efficiently
* Provide personalised interaction with all key stakeholders
* Conduct daily patrols, following up with reports and recording anything of concern
* Pro-actively dealing with issues which may arise from residents or the building itself
* Support a smooth move-in and move-out for all residents
* Performing health & safety checks and conducting visual inspections of the site
* Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues

Your Experience:

* Previous experience as a residential concierge or in a front of house /Customer facing role.
* Strong communication skills & great attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure
* An understanding of technology and systems
