Job Description: Sales Negotiator

About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency, serving the Bognor Regis and Middleton on Sea areas of West Sussex.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the business by delivering outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the process of buying and selling properties, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring clients receive a tailored and professional service
Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, presenting properties in the best possible light
Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming to secure favourable outcomes for all parties
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process
Provide clients with expert advice on the local property market, pricing, and sales strategy
Assist in generating new business opportunities, including valuations and property listings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
Support the wider team in achieving overall sales targets and objectives The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in estate agency sales or a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
A good understanding of the property market, particularly in Felpham, Middleton on Sea and surrounding areas. 
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for property
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle What We Offer:
