About the role:
This exciting part-time position (3 days per week) is an opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to nurturing the youngest learners. This role has arisen to accommodate our growing intake in the EYFS department.
• Class Size: 25 enthusiastic and curious learners.
• Contract: Ongoing, part-time (with potential to transition into a full-time role).
• Expectations: You’ll create engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, foster positive relationships with pupils and families, and ensure every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization or experience in Early Years.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a nurturing teaching style.
• Proven experience in supporting children with varied learning needs, including SEN.
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with parents and the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences tailored to the EYFS framework.
• Foster a safe and welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
• Observe, assess, and document pupils’ progress to inform teaching and meet learning goals.
• Collaborate with support staff to address diverse student needs, including SEN.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to support each child’s journey.
