A leading organisation based in Greater Manchester is seeking a dynamic and proactive IT & Systems Manager to join their fast-paced technical services team. In this role, you'll drive system improvements and inspire those around you. The focus will be on identifying areas for enhancement and implementing initiatives to elevate existing systems. You’ll also play a key role in providing technical support and leading long-term migration projects.

This exciting opportunity is with an innovative IT solutions provider, where the IT & Systems Manager will be pivotal in fostering a culture of high performance. Ideally, you’ll bring at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating strong leadership abilities in an IT management environment.
Key Responsibilities for this IT Manager role:
Overseeing the maintenance and support of all systems, including ERP
Supporting and implementing new technologies, including AWS/Azure cloud solutions
Ensuring compliance with IT internal controls and PCI DSS requirements
Managing IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheld
Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Managing system requirements from proposal through implementation and go-live
Purchasing and managing hardware/software assetsYou will need excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
