Spray Painter
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 7.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday, 7.15am – 12.15pm Friday
Salary: Excellent salary on offer, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Painter:

* Carry out painting and shotblasting of both new and refurbished components and products, working to specification as detailed on spec sheets and job documentation

* Apply multi-coat systems with DFT control

* Maintain general upkeep and tidiness of the workshop

* Manage the upkeep of the paint area including filters, waste disposal, and cleanliness of equipment

* Work safely at all times in line with company health and safety policies

* Positively represent the business through professional conduct

Key Skills and Experience Required:

* Good understanding of paint storage requirements in line with health and safety procedures

* Strong knowledge of mixing and applying two-pack paints

* Understanding of cleanliness standards for equipment used in the paint area

* Competence validated through the company competence scheme
