The Role:

We are looking for a Claims MI Delivery Lead to oversee the development and implementation of data analytics projects within our dynamic Wholesale Claims department.

What You'll Do:

? Lead and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their professional development.
? Ensure the accuracy and integrity of claims data with robust quality controls.
? Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving claims performance.
? Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting key insights.
? Manage the delivery of key projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
? Use Power BI, Claims Systems, and Expert Spend Systems to build insightful dashboards.
? Identify and drive process improvements in claims data strategy.

What You'll Bring:

✅ Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within the London Market.
✅ Familiarity with ECF, claims workflow triggers, and market claims processes.
✅ Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
✅ Ability to engage with senior management, brokers, and clients.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
