Your Role

In your first year, you will:
* Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
* Create professional CV profiles for clients.
* Work closely with sales teams to boost candidate placements.
* Hit weekly targets and KPIs.
* Earn commission at every stage of your progress.

Support and Mentorship

You'll have ongoing guidance from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. Learn from the best in education recruitment as you sharpen your skills and grow into your role.

After Graduation

Upon completing your first year, you'll advance to a specialized Sales Desk and receive further training in:
* Business Development
* Margin Negotiation
* Safeguarding
* Navigating Difficult Conversations
* Customer Service and Time Management
