TRIbuild Solutions are looking for an experienced Site Agent for main contractor who have recently been awarded the civils maintenance framework at Port of Dover, for next four years or more.
Requirements:
* Experience in working with Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCHW)
* Manage a team of circa 12 people delivering circa £2M of maintenance works per annum
* Overall responsibility for safety/ quality/ commercial
* Framework level programme management and planning
* Design review of proposed solutions
* Assist commercial team with pricing works
* Liaise with Client’s Civil Engineer on a daily/ weekly basis
* Prepare/ Check RAMS
* Commercial knowledge of NEC 4 would be helpful
* Engineering degree qualified preferred
