Requirements:

Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Experience with SEN is beneficial but not required - training will be provided
Personal/Professional experience with children and/or young people is desirable but not essential

As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will need:

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, at level 2 or above.
