We are looking for an energetic, driven, and passionate individual to join our expanding team of Recruitment Consultants in Birmingham.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers, you will join a thriving team and you will be responsible for running and building an established desk building your candidate pool and school base across either Sandwell / Walsall / Dudley / Birmingham areas.

About You

You will have previous experience in recruitment.
Have excellent communication skills
You will need to be a confident communicator who can collaboratively share their ideas with the team
Have an outgoing personality
Have the ability to remain calm in time sensitive situations
