Are you looking to make a real impact in the fabric maintenance industry? A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a to join their growing team in Bristol where you will work on a high-profile commercial site.

As the Fabric Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, General maintenance duties as and when required
Carry out repairs to a variety of building services and demonstrate their competence to multi-skill outside their core trade to include minor plumbing works, building services maintenance, emergency light testing, PPM, reactive, weekly tests, fabric duties
Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Experience in the commercial environment, in a carpentry/joinery role.
Any building fabric qualification / diploma – Minimum Level 2
