They manufacture precision engineered parts for aerospace customers (mainly precision fabrication and machining) and are looking for a Quality Technician (FAIR) to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in First Article Inspection within a highly regulated industry.

Job Description

Review of FAIR packs prior to internal / customer approval.
Raising of Data Cards prior to internal / customer approval.
To support the internal non-conformance process; raising rejects and ensuring all containment is captured.
To liaise closely with Engineering to ensure the smooth transition of new products.
To carry out calibration activities as required to support operations.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience working within a highly regulated environment/industry (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, oil & gas, rail etc)
Well-versed reviewing FAIRS (First Article Inspection Reports)
Positive attitude, with an open mind to learning new skills
