Job Role – Credit Controller

Salary - £28K-£30K + Quarterly Bonus

Hours- Full Time, Permanent - 4 DAY WORKING WEEK, EVERY WEEK. 

Location- West Bridgford

Protocol is a market-leading recruitment agency servicing the Education, Skills and Training sectors. We’ve been in the game for over 29 years – our brand is strong and well-known. Our fun, vibrant finance team is looking for a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis.

The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include but are not limited to:

Chasing and monitoring outstanding debts via various communication methods.
Ensuring that details of debts are correctly recorded.
Escalating and reviewing debt with internal stakeholders.
Monitoring bank position to ensure robust cash flow & working to reduce aged debt.
Posting Cash Receipts daily.
Ad hoc administrative duties.

The Successful Applicant will have- 

Must have:

Have demonstrated experience working in a Credit Control position.
Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Be a team player and committed to providing excellent service.
Have a keen attention to detail.
Confident telephone manner
Have experience working to existing procedures to achieve targets for debtor days and cash collection.
