As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the organisation's commercial objectives. Speaking a second language (i.e. French/Spanish/Italian) is essential!

Location: London, hybrid working 3 days in the office (Tues & Weds compulsory)

Salary: £60,000 + 15% Bonus

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, 1 day increase for every 5 years of service, 3 nights per year to have the chance to sample Luxury experiences, Monthly welfare initiatives, Company socials, Additional maternity leave

Responsibilities:

Establish short-term and long-term sales strategies in line with the organisational vision and commercial objectives.
Manage specialist rail & cruise trade accounts and lead a team of Commercial Office and Private Client Managers in Europe.
Seek out new sales opportunities to generate revenue for the company.
Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to drive profitable growth.Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience in the EMEA travel industry and/or luxury sector.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving profitable growth through astute sales leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Strong time management, organisational, and administrative abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
