Our client is a leading construction and fit-out specialist, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With their strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Oxford on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Conduct and lead project meetings with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
Manage project documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Direct and support site teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and performance.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on fit-out or similar projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and project documentation.
Ability to run and lead meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.Benefits:
