First Task Professional are delighted to be working alongside a business who are looking to build a project team for an infrastructure development in East Lothian.

The business are currently going through an extensive period of growth with many long-standing client offering repeat business and several frameworks offering a teeming pipeline of projects. They are due for a record year in terms of turnover and are likely to continue to ascend for the remainder of the decade.

They are currently seeking a Site Manager / PM to manage a project roughly £5m in value.

The right candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following:

* Client Management- representing the contractor in progress meetings etc

* Commercial- savvy with the financials of a project, capable of interfacing with the QS to produce CVRs etc.

* Contractual- strong in understanding the mechanisms of the contract and being able to highlight EWN’s and CE’s etc.

* HSQE- keen eye for Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental constraints.
