The Role
As the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated CRM strategy that enhances the experience for our job seekers and drives revenue growth. This cross-functional role requires you to collaborate with marketing, product, IT and data teams to aligns CRM activities with business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of a cross-functional CRM strategy that focuses on customer engagement and retention to drive successful searches and revenue growth.
* Plan, executive and optimise CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging) using platforms such as Iterable and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
* Own the end-to-end customer journey for job seekers, creating personalised and relevant communications based on user behaviour and preferences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations) to align CRM activities with business objectives and initiatives.
* Ensure data governance and list management practices are in place to maintain a clean, active candidate database and comply with data protection regulations
* Harness customer data by utilising analytics and customer insights to unlock its full potential, driving data-driven marketing campaigns, optimising customer experiences, and identifying new business opportunities to boost commercial performance
* Stay up to date with recruitment and CRM marketing trends to implement innovative strategies for improved customer engagement
* Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, including recruiting, developing and mentoring team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
* Lead the CRM team in a test-and-learn approach, leveraging insights to guide campaign optimisations and to inform initiatives
Requirements
Essential:
* Proven experience in a Senior CRM role, preferably within a high-volume, digital environment
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Iterable and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
* Experience in developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalisation and automation
* Solid understanding of data governance, email deliverability and multi-channel communication strategies
* Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
* Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor and drive a team to achieve results
* Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about delivering value to candidates through engaging communications
