About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic KS2 Teacher to join our dedicated team starting in November 2024. This is a full-time, long-term role, with a competitive daily salary of £160-£210. The position has become available due to the expansion of our teaching team, reflecting our commitment to maintaining small class sizes and providing personalized learning experiences.

You will be working with a lively and inquisitive class of 25-30 students, fostering their love of learning and guiding them through the exciting challenges of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. This role stands out as it offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where teachers are encouraged to innovate and inspire.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching at the primary level.

• A solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum and a passion for teaching core subjects.

• Experience working with children with varying needs, including SEN, is highly desirable.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the KS2 curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning goals.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a balanced curriculum that integrates key learning areas with fun and creativity.
