We are a domiciliary care agency requiring a Registered Care Manager in Leeds, based in North Leeds, you will join us on a full-time basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum + Package + Pension.

Responsibilities of our Registered Care Manager:
* Actively participate in the growth and development of the business
* Play a lead role in the development of good community care practices and procedures
* Maintain our paper-free work systems
* Meet all Regulatory Requirements
* Work with the recruitment team to recruit staff
* Effectively supervise, support and retain staff team members
* Have responsibility for all care staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate workload
* Maintain effective Care Plan assessment and review procedures
* Write reports and maintain all audit, reporting and monitoring systems
Registered Care Manager Person Specification:
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with GP’s, Social Workers other HCP’s
* Ability to lead, motivate and manage a staff team
* Working within a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience of leading or managing care and support environments
* Good working knowledge of Essential Care standards and other relevant legislation
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Ability to display empathy and warmth
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
