Sales Associate wanted for a creative, luxury brand in South West London.

My client is an international luxury retailer which has a dedicated local and international clientele.
This is an amazing opportunity to join this high quality brand.

They are now looking for a Sales Associate to join them at their South West London location. You must have the skills to offer exceptional customer service and go that extra mile for the client as well as be a fantastic team support.

What you'll do:

* Support the sales team to ensure an extraordinary client experience to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach
* Build and maintain a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs) Super VICs & top clients
* Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance using service metrics
Leadership & Engagement Support
* Expert in clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures, cash management and able to interpret key business reports
* Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
* Communicate product and client feedback to buyers & manager(s) and coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
* Complying with inventory control procedures and performing assigned stockroom duties.
