Company Car - £18,000 Salary + OTE (Uncapped) circa £45,000

My client in Dorchester, is a leading car dealership on the South Coast who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of new and used vehicles. My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Dorchester.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales services.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Participate in dealership marketing and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Requirements:

Proven experience in new and used car sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for the automotive industry.
FCA accreditation (preferred but not essential).Benefits:

Salary £18,000 + Uncapped OTE CIRCA £45,000
