Are you passionate about administration and making a real impact in your community? We are looking for a dedicated Caseload Administrator to join our team in Central London, supporting a team of Case Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining office-based and remote work, while supporting single homeless refugees in achieving sustainable housing and community integration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Maintain accurate records and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the team.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ensure data entry and management systems are maintained accurately.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience in a customer-focused administrative role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
