Design Coordinator - Manchester - Construction

We are working with a well established Construction contractor who are looking for a Design Coordinator to join their business working across prestigious construction projects in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be a confident user of Revit, AutoCAD and have a good knowledge of BIM Protocols. They will have good experience in delivering multiple projects and the ability to work closely with project and design teams.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role.

Revit and AutoCAD
Experience of working on commercial build projects
RC Frame experience desirable
Capable at meeting project deadlines and managing workload efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive understanding of current building regulations
Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
Driving Licence
