We are looking for a Learning and Teaching Director to join our team.

Learning and Teaching DirectorWhat you’ll bring to the role

Essential:

Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching

Experience of leading a project or initiative that has led to enhancements in a curriculum area(s)

*

Knowledge of the needs of international students

*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*

Experience of leading and managing direct and indirect reports

*

Resource allocation and organizational skills

*

Ability to analyse data to make informed choice / conclusions

*

Ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams from diverse backgrounds

*

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher

Experience of studying / working / living outside of your home country
