Job Title: Role Equipment Operative

Job Duties:

Operating and maintaining aircraft equipment used in aerospace and aviation
Ensuring equipment is in working order and meets safety standards
Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks
Following strict protocols and procedures for equipment operation
Collaborating with team members to coordinate equipment usage

Experience:

Experience within the aerospace industry

Knowledge and Skills:

Educated to a minimum of BTEC level 2 in an aviation related subject or have completed a recognised aircraft engineering training followed by relevant experience.
Knowledge of helicopter maintenance operations, supply chain and technical support processes, including practical experience of forward operational support.
An understanding of the military helicopter operating environment and command structure, and of deployment and operational planning.
Self-motivated and work within teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in military or defence operation
