Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7DT
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (overtime rates up to £22.88 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiently pick and pack products using advanced warehouse technology.

* Work in a fully automated environment alongside smart robotics and AI systems.

* Maintain accuracy and high productivity levels in daily operations.

* Collaborate with team members and automated systems to ensure smooth workflows.

Pay & Overtime:

* Standard rate: £11.44 per hour for up to 37.5 hours a week.

* Overtime: 1.5x pay rate after 37.5 hours (Monday-Saturday).

* Double pay on Sundays after 37.5 hours.
