A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a Safety Engineer to join their growing team. Working closely with wider electronic, software and systems engineering teams to ensure safety processes are continually reviewed and optimised. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Support with continually reviewing safety processes and perform hazard analysis.

* Support with integrating findings into wider engineering processes.

* Provide reports based upon findings from safety reports and failure analysis reports.

* Work closely with wider engineering teams to support with system integrations.

* Maintain and develop safety process.

The Successful candidate will have:

* Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.

* Experience with safety reporting, hazard analysis and FTA.

* Experience working with electronic and software/system engineers.

* Excellent communicational and organisational skills

* Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.

* Experience presenting reports and findings to senior management teams.

* Experienced with cost analysis.
