Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial glazing projects.

* Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bids.

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions.

* Source and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

* Evaluate and assess potential risks and provide recommendations for cost control.

* Maintain and update a database of cost information and pricing.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

* Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably within the commercial glazing or construction industry.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, estimating software).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
