The Role;

Develop and implement wholesale strategies to drive sales growth
Lead a team of 5 including sales, customer service and admin
Play a part in defining and contributing to the strategy, bringing in new ideas and ways of working
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Open up new markets
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Reporting to VP of sales
Regular trips within Europe to the head office
Regular travel across the UK
Home working 1-2 days a weekThe Person:

Proven experience in the sector of up to 10 years
Experience as head of sales in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, brands
Strong leadership and a management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret sales dataWhat's in it for you?
