The Role

As this role sits within the New Build team, it is essential that you have this experience. Ideally 12 months as a fee earner with New Build files being part of this. 

You will manage a case load of new build transactions from inception to completion
Responsible for chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
You will ensure clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service
