We are seeking a proactive and experienced Inventory Management and Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory control, process improvement, and operational efficiency within our warehouse.

This role will be responsible for managing and optimising stock levels, conducting regular PI (Perpetual Inventory) checks, and investigating any stock discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to implement robust processes and controls to streamline warehouse operations. This position also involves mentoring a warehouse supervisor and supervising a team of 2-3 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, conduct regular PI checks, and investigate discrepancies to maintain an efficient stock management process.

* Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes and controls to enhance productivity and accuracy.

* Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team (2-3 people), including training and mentoring the warehouse supervisor, fostering a strong and cohesive team environment.

* Operational Oversight: Maintain control over all warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations, safe practices, and adherence to established procedures.

* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on stock levels, order fulfilment rates, and other KPIs, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

* Enhancements & Continuous Improvement: Work with and as part of Senior Leadership Team to identify and implement enhancements in inventory and warehouse operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

* Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a small team, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff.

* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and implement solutions.

* Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to drive improvements.

* Process-Oriented: Skilled in implementing processes and controls, with an eye for continuous improvement.

* Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to Senior Leadership.
