We have an exciting opportunity to gain fulltime permanent employment with one of the countries lead suppliers in their field, based on Stafford Park, in Telford. This temporary to permanent General Operative position offers a pay rate of £11.44+.

A General Operative is required to work Monday to Friday on weekly rotating shift of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, with voluntary overtime available.

Responsibilities of a General Operative:

* Completing in house training

* Loading material into machines

* Lifting products to a significant weight

* Correcting any machine errors and faults, immediately

* Reporting down time appropriately

* Packing products correctly to customer specifications

Requirements of a General Operative:

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* An eye for detail

* Experience in this type of role will be advantageous

* Experience in a food manufacturing environment will be advantageous

Bonuses for a General Operative:

* 13 week temporary to permanent agreement

* Overtime rate
