About the role of Contracts Manager
As the Contracts Manager, you will take charge of the delivery of multiple developments, ensuring they are executed on time and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating Site Managers and Project Managers and driving the project success from initial planning stage through to completion.
Overseeing and managing 3 to 4 developments simultaneously
Lead and support Project Managers & Site Managers to ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality standards
Develop project plans, milestones and monitor progress to achieve project goals
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers and subcontractors
Implement and maintain strict H&S protocols across all sites
Ensure compliance to NHBC standards, building regulations and financial costs
Identify and mitigate risks and troubleshoot challenges providing solutions to keep the projects on track
Requirements for Contracts Manager
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager, ideally working with Tier 1 or 2 housing developer
A successful track record of hitting weekly KPI's, delivering high quality homes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities
In depth knowledge of construction practices, NHBC, H&S regulations
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high quality resultsWhat's on offer:
Salary on offer £90,000 - £100,000
