Sales Executive

Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at Deenaz Trading Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience and a passion for the construction and building industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and contribute to the continued success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, maintenance companies, and construction businesses.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to suggest improvements in our product offerings.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
Provide technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers as well as staying updated on industry standards.

Ideal Candidate:

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent analytical skills for market research and sales planning.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
Knowledge of building materials and their applications is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing.
